When all goes amazingly well at Anamay Healthcare: Baner and Patwardhan Baugh

My, mother Mrs Ashalata Sathkar is a diabetic and was infected by Gangrene in her left foot, so was operated three times continuously from the month of December 2020 t0 February 2021. First only 2 fingers of her left foot were amputated but, after few days again the infection spread, then again second operation amputation was done below knee level. This time it was very difficult for her we had to arrange a Fowler bed, and a lady Caretaker from the bureau was arranged. But still it was very difficult for all the family members to take care of my mother as she was on bed couldn't move, a catheter was attached for urinating which at times was very painful for her, and even the surgery wound was quite big and needed proper dressing every alternate days, everytime she was in pain for urinating we had to call for a trained nurse for home visit, and sometimes Doctors also were called as at times my mother use to get feverish and feel very sick. Despite of trying our level best her infection again spread and this time the Dr said we need to ampute her leg to thigh level, we had almost lost Hope. Hope, but as it was Gangrene infection there was no other treatment other then amputating the infected part of the body. By this time we realized that we need to keep our mother in utmost care and 24×7 observation. Which is quite difficult at home as this was a serious condition and I needed my mother to get healed and taken good care of. Things were getting really tough for us at home, so my son Shaunak knew Pallavi Desai ma'am and her work in medical field. So we contacted Pallavi ma'am had a word her regarding our and my mothers situation and then she explained to us about Anamay Healthcare and palliative care center. We convinced my parents about staying at Anamay even Pallavi ma'am visited my mom in hospital, to talk to her about Anamay, and finally in the month of March 2021 after my mom's third operation she was shifted to Anamay, even my father, stayed with my mom their we reserved one bedroom for them. So finally this my mother healed completely, this was all possible because she was taken care of by all trained staff at Anamay, 24×7 she was been observed properly which helped in healing and we all family members also got relief. Thanks to Pallavi ma'am and all the trained staff of Anamay, who took good care of my parents, finally my mother is good and healthy now, and at home. Anamay a home away from home for our elder loved ones.
